How much does the Dragon's Blood Sedum spread and how quickly? Trying to determine how many plants I need.

Sedum spurium 'Dragon's Blood' can spread up to 18" wide. It does so rather quickly, but how quickly is going to depend on a lot of variables like soil quality, light, watering schedual, etc. Roughly speaking, Sedum can spread an inch a month during the growing season if well cared for.
