The plant i am looking for look Just like Agave victoriae-reginae - Queen Victoria Agave but is blue ?

Hard to say. Queen Victoria and King Ferdinand can look similar and both can be blue at maturity when they get enough sunshine. You can see some photo examples on this listing for mature Queen Victoria Agave.
