Will aeonium survive in the winter with a frost cloth over it in zone 9?

I have quite a few large anonium out side. They are to big to bring into the house in the winter. I would like to know if they will survive the winter under a frost cloth. I live in zone 9. Clovis, CA. Thank you!

If it were other plants, the answer would be an enthusiastic yes. However, Aeonium are especially sensitive, not just to the cold, but to touch as well. If you were gentle in putting on the blanket, it would likely work to protect the plant over the coldest parts of winter.
