I grow the frizzle under grow lights year round. It is 7-8" tall, falling over. Can it be cut back, live, grow okay

It can be cut back, however, it may need to go through a dormancy. Holding all water for a couple months and allowing the leaves to dry will cause the plant to sprout new, curlier leaves once you start watering again.
