The pot size, and therefore the size of the plant, is the only difference between these two listings. Our standard succulents are in 2" pots while the listings labeled [large] are usually in 3.5" pots.
Angelina's Teacup is an excellent choice for a yellow ground cover, but be sure to also check out this Sedum reflexum 'Angelina'. The differences are subtle but you may like one more than the other.
