Why are they a dark red in some pictures and not others if I order will it be the red color

Sempervivum change colors throughout the year. They do this in response to temperature, drought, and light exposure. We try to capture the full range of colors in our product photos. It is currently green with burgundy tips, like in the first and fifth photos.
