Frizzle sizzle propagation is done through offsets or seeds. Unfortunately, the plant is very slow to offset and it may be years before you see your first offset. Just pull the bulbs apart or cut them apart with a sterile knife, allow the separated bulbs to dry for a week or, then pot them in a well draining soil.
Seeds are more plentiful, but trickier. When the plant blooms, grow them outside to allow insects to pollinate your plants. If that's successful, a seed pod should appear in place of one of the flowers. Once that pod dries, crack it open and gather the black seeds within. While fresh, sow them up to an inch deep in a sandy soil. Keep this soil moist, but not soaking, until germination occurs.
