My albuca has two large floral buds but the foliage is straight, not curly. Why and what can I do?

The leaves can straighten during flowering. You'll need to allow your plant to go dormant over the summer by withholding water until fall. The old, straight leaves will dry and fall off, but the new leaves that sprout in autumn will be curly again! You can find our video on this plant, with more details, at the link below.
