Nope! Succulents need to be left dry for several days after transplanting so that any micro tears in the roots can dry and callus. This prevents root rot. Lithops need extra infrequent water. Only water if the Lithops is not splitting (i.e. it's just one leaf pair), the soil is completely dry, and the leaf pair has a bit of give to it (sometimes even thirsty wrinkles).
