Our hardy succulents can survive in zone 7 without difficulty. You can find them by clicking on the link below. However, you never want to plant in the winter because the shock of acclimation can kill even a frost hardy plant. It's best to wait until after the last frost of spring to do any outdoor planting and you should have everything in the ground, at the latest, a month before the first frost of fall.
