My paddle plant looks like it has gray dried spots in the middle of its leaves Kalanchoe luciae - Paddle Plant (Flapjacks) [large] Kalanchoe

My at a plant has these gray to light brown looking dry spots in the center of its leaves only a few of them but they seem to be getting more and more what are they and what should I do?

This could be a couple of different things. If you got it from us, feel free to email a photo to info@mountaincrestgardens.com along with answers to these questions:

Growing conditions (full sun, part sun, filtered sun, indoors, outdoors, etc.)
Soil used for planting
Watering schedule
Does the container have a hole for drainage?
