I bought 2 Pagoda Villages, and as I was repotting, every single leaf fell off. How do you handle these?

These plants definitely require a gentle touch. A great technique is to lay your hand, lightly, on top of the foliage and grab the bottom of the pot with your other hand. Then, invert the plant and give the pot a couple squeezes and a gentle shake. The plant should slide out of it's pot and into your palm. From this point forward, simply handle the plant by the root ball rather than the foliage.
