An over exposure to sunlight and underwatering can cause this to occur, and Haworthia attenuata and Haworthia fasciata are vulnerable to both of these. It doesn't take a lot of extra light nor a lot of extra days without water for their leaf tips to do this.
Fortunately, you can simply pinch these tips off if this happens to your haworthia.
