We have a temperature range at our location that seems very similar to yours. In our outdoor display beds Sempervivum, hardy Sedum, Delosperma the hardier Opuntia all do very well! As long as you have well draining soil and are willing to water more during the hotter weeks (95°F or hotter), then these should thrive in your area too.
Partial shade conditions can really help succulents get through a particularly hot summer. A tree, a house or even a well placed rock can cast a protective shadow in the afternoon and really help your plants beat the heat.
