It's hard to say why it received that name exactly. Hybridizers give all kinds of kooky names to plants. For instance, Sempervivum calcareum 'Sir William Lawrence', Echeveria 'Babylon' and Crassula ovata 'Gollum'.
This Sansevieria does tend to get darker than other Sansevieria plants. Perhaps that has something to do with it but it's equally as likely that the hybridizer saw that phrase in a fortune cookie and thought the name sounded nice.
