4 pictures are displayed. I want to be sure I’m ordering plugs of the closed up leaves in the last two pictures.

The last two pictures are actually of mature plants, not plugs. The plugs begin as open rosettes and close once they mature. The plugs you receive will look more like the first two photos and then transition to looking more like the latter two photos with time and proper care.
