Is it best to mix Succulent Soil such as Bonsai Jacks with potting soil for Peperomia Graveolens? What's best?
Peperomia graveolens - Ruby Glow [large] [limited]
I have just ordered a peperomia graveolens and since it's not a true succulent I just want to make sure I use the right potting medium and was thinking of mixing Bonsai Jacks along with potting soil. But just wondering what's recommended.

Peperomia graveolens prefers a soil that drains well, but it likes more water than other succulents. Mixing Bonsai Jack and potting soil in a 1:1 ratio would work well. However, be sure to water this plant like you would your other succulents. Succulence is a trait rather than a unifying group so there are no "true succulents" just plants that are more or less succulent. Because this plant is succulent, it is susceptible to rot just like other succulents.
