It's possible to grow these indoors under a grow light, but they will not be happy about it. Not only can Sempervivum survive harsh droughts and cold temperatures but they actually prefer it. In a pampered, indoor environment, they struggle with rot, lack of sun, and general lethargy. They don't look nearly as good as they do when grown outdoors.
