At the end of the season, the rosettes can be gently pulled off the wood disc. You can pull off a few leaves to get rid of the glue, but usually these plants grow out of the glue regardless, as they grow new leaves from their center and shed old leaves.
Place them atop gritty soil in a very sunny location and water them as they re-root. These are Sempervivum (Hens & Chicks) so ultimately you'll want to move them outdoors to grow. You can find more info on re-rooting at the link below.
