Vick's plant, as well as many other Plectranthus plants, are easy to root via cuttings. If you can't move the pots inside, the best course of action is to take cuttings and root them in smaller pots in your house. Click the link below to learn about succulent cuttings.
From there it's pretty straight forward. Just grow them in a sunny window.
