Depending on how cold it gets, yes. This plant can't freeze but, as long as it's above freezing temperatures on your deck, it should be fine.
Although it wouldn't be a major issue, you'll want to make sure your deck gets enough sunlight too. If your house faces south, you should be fine. If it faces north, you may struggle with your plant stretching. This won't necessarily kill the plant, but it won't look as good.
