Container size to use for Echeveria

Would a 4 inch or 6 inch container/planter be good to use to transplant a single Echeveria, such as Echeveria pulidonis [large], Echeveria 'Perle von Nurnberg (large), Echeveria 'Lola' [large], or Echeveria 'Emerald Ripple'? I would like to plant each of these succulents in its own container. Thanks.

I believe 4" and 6" pots would work well for our large Echeveria. They're already in 3.5" pots so even potting them in a 6" pot isn't that big of a leap.
