Great question! Technically, yes. You can keep this plant inside under a grow light or on a very sunny, south-facing window. But you will often still see signs of stretching. Sempervivum grow best outdoors where they can get enough sun and cold enough nights and winters to really thrive and show their best colors.
In short, yes, but we don't recommend it.
