Sorry to hear about that!
I suppose whether or not mushrooms are a bad sign comes down to what the fungus that's sending up the mushrooms is eating in your pot. One thing I can say for sure though, is mushrooms really like moisture. My concern then, is not due to the mushrooms themselves, but due to the potential over watering that's going on.
But how do the plants look? Do they seem to be struggling, or are they doing well? What kind of succulents are they? How often do you water?
If the plants don't seem to be doing well then I would recommend repotting them into fresh, dry, soil. The fungus that grows the mushrooms is going to cling on to it, one way or another, but if you let your plant stay dry for a week or so, it should die out due to desiccation.
If the plant seems fine, I would just recommend not watering it as much and go from there. I hope this helps!
