That sounds like a lot of fun! I have a few recommendations for you:
1) Air plants. These are probably going to be your best bet. Especially for a wall. They can survive for a long time in low light environments, don't need soil, and their flowers are gorgeous. You can tie or wire them to vertical armature.
2) Jade plants. I specifically mean the jade plants in the genus Crassula. They can grow long, branching stems as they mature but they also take well to regular pruning.
3) Haworthia. These do really well in low light. A lot of them have darker green colorations.
