That's a good question! Colder zones can be tough for succulents! I'm in zone 7 and I'm thinking about getting a greenhouse. However, there are some interesting cold hardy plants out there.
I've attached a URL to our website on this message. If you click on it, it should take you to our "Explore All" page, but it should be filtered to only have plants that are rated to zones 3-6, and all of those should do well in northern Kentucky; a typically zone 6 area.
You'll notice a lot of Sempervivum and stonecrop Sedum, but there are more options than those if you're looking for something different. I hope this helps!
