Over-watered succulents can be quite difficult to save. You'll want to immediately reduce watering frequency and allow the soil to fully dry out. Move it into a location with slightly more sun and good airflow. Remove any leaves that are mushy or translucent. If the problem persists, remove the plant from the soil, allow the roots to dry 3-5 days, and re-plant in a well-draining pot with gritty soil.
