My royal flush turned very dark purple. It seems healthy, but does extra dark color mean it’s getting too much sun?
It was already purple when it arrived two months ago, but since then has become much darker than the photos. It’s in a southern window. It has a deep ventilated pot with bonsai soilless mix. The outer leaves are small and soft but not rotten-looking; the inner leaves are full and firm but not hard. I have watered it twice when the leaves felt like they were getting softer. It seems healthy and happy so far, but as I am new to split rocks, I don’t know if dark coloration is considered a normal variation or a sign of too much stress. Thanks!
