Planting sempervivum in Sept in CO and can they withstand freezing fountain spray in winter
I live in CO where Rockies meet high desert. Can I still plant these plugs now (Sept) and will they withstand the sometimes freezing spray that winds from my fountain/birdbath will blow on them all winter? And how tightly can i plant them to create a mass?
