Succulents with thick leaves like Gasteraloe need long periods of drought so that their soil can fully dry out between waterings. The timing will vary depending on your conditions, so rather than watering on a fixed schedule, you want to only water when your plant shows signs of thirst, like the leaves feeling flexible or the soil feeling dry all the way down at the pot's drainage hole. Succulents tolerate underwatering far better than too frequent watering, so when in doubt, don't water, and those signs of thirst will become more evident.
