Do succulents experience less shock from shipping than begonias?

Trying to anticipate when to repot, and I noticed a response saying succulents can be repotted right after they arrive in the mail.

Succulents do tolerate shipping well compared to many other plants, including Begonia. You can repot these right after receiving them.
