is it best to plant the off shoots on the prolifica, or let it plant it's self

Just wondering i have a huge one that is sending out lots of shoots, should I cut them off and plant them or what?

You can cut them off and plant them. Ideally wait until the offsets are around 1" in diameter. At this point, they'll have no trouble rooting if they haven't already.
Or you can just let the plant spread. Either way works well.
