Haworthia can tolerate quite a bit of drought. It's best to let the plant itself tell you when it's thirsty. Only water when the soil is completely dry and they leaves start to feel less firm. When in doubt, wait longer. Then, be sure to water deeply, until water runs out the drainage hole of the pot.
Depending on the time of year, the humidity of the room and the amount of sun your zebra plant gets, you may need to water more or less frequently. That's okay. If you have a nice, gritty soil and a pot with a drainage hole, zebra plants can be very forgiving.
