I have blue chalk sticks. If I want them somewhere else, can I remove and replant them or cut and dry and plant new

Transfer from pot where most like bright indirect light, move it to a direct sun window with full-sun companions. What is the best way?

You can simply remove it from its old pot and plant it in the new one. It's a good idea to not water for at least a few days after transplanting to allow any root micro tears to dry and heal.
