It depends on your climate. If your temperatures are staying below ~90F and/or you have a protected, partial shade location for planting and/or you can keep a close eye on them for signs of dehydration and scorching, then yes, you can plant succulents outdoors in summer! If not, we'd recommend keeping them in your sunniest sill and waiting until the weather is a little more temperate to plant. Frost hardy, outdoor succulents can tolerate very sunny, arid conditions, but only if they have had time to gradually acclimate and establish a strong root system.
