Sedum seiboldii f. variegatum is not a hybrid, but a naturally ocurring form of Sedum seiboldii with a genetic mutation that makes its leaves variegate. Like any variegated plant, its shoots can sometimes "revert" and put out normal leaves after awhile. Trimming shoots that revert and giving the plant plenty of light will keep the variegated parts growing strong and discourage reversion.
