Without knowing what species or cultivar your grandmother had, it's hard to say whether we have it or not. However, you could browse all of the Sempervivum we have available by clicking the link below. Be sure to scroll down to "PRODUCT DETAILS" and take a look at the maximum rosette size for each one you're interested in. That will give you an idea of how long the leaves will be at maturity.
A lot of the first, popular, hens and chicks were Sempervivum tectorum. That could very well be what your grandmother grew.
