There are a couple possibilities.
First your grow light might not be bright enough. Aim for 300-800 lumens per square foot.
Second, for how long is the light on? We recommend starting with 12 hours per day and adjusting as needed.
And third, sometimes a succulent does not stress properly when it is getting regular moisture. This could be a combo of watering too frequently and/or pots and soil that do not drain quickly enough.
