You can always set up an advanced order. To do that, order whatever plants you like and, when you're checking out, write in the "order comments" section the date you would like to receive them by. We recommend getting them a couple weeks before you need them so they have time to recover from shipping.
The flowering issue is more complicated. Do you mean to say that you would like all 30 cacti to have flowers on them when they get to you? Or are you saying that you want 30 cacti that do make beautiful flowers when they bloom? If it's the former, we can't guarantee that, but if it's the latter, we can as many of the varieties we sell are easy bloomers.
