my cat got a hold of mine and there are little to no roots left. How can I reroot it?

If the cat just ate the roots, gently push the bottom of the plant into some fresh, well draining soil, and it should reroot all on its own. A little water a week after you put it in soil will further encourage it to do so.
Haworthia is a slow grower, so it may take a while before it develops roots again.
