100°F weather is not an issue for Sempervivum nor for the majority of Sedum. Harsh sunlight could be an issue for Sempervivum because they develop sunburns. However, they only tend to burn in sudden transitions from partial shade to full sun. If they're acclimated to full sun conditions, (i.e. they've been in that same place for a while without issue) they won't burn.
It's important to note that there are some species of Sedum, like Sedum confusum and Sedum makinoi that are more sensitive to harsh sun and heat. If you suspect that you have these species in your arrangement then a covering of shade cloth is in order.
Humidity also matters in this case too. If it's that hot and dry, you'll need to water them more frequently than you would normally. However, if it's that hot and humid, you'll have to be very careful not to overwater them.
