Haworthia make for great house plants as they require very little water and sunlight. Most are an emerald green but their forms can vary dramatically.
Tillandsia are an even more exotic choice. These plants are very drought tolerant and need very little light. They're commonly called air plants as they don't root in soil. In fact, trying to root them in soil just causes them to rot. They just need a good soaking once a week or so for about an hour.
Gasteria are similar to Haworthia but their leaves have a distinct, tongue like shape and their flowers are larger and more showy.
Finally, for a more specific recommendation, burrito is a Sedum that grows well indoors. It needs more light than the other three on this list but its care needs are still very low. Its trailing nature makes for a beautiful addition to a hanging pot.
All of the plants on this list are non-toxic and sold in both 2" and 3.5" varieties. Mostly, plants that have "[large]" next to their names are in a 3.5" pot, but you can scroll down to "PRODUCT DETAILS" and find "PRODUCT FORMAT" to see how large of a pot a plant grows in.
