All you have to do is pull the offsets from the mother plant and poke them into fresh succulent soil, leaves pointing up. Give them more water than you would a rooted Gasteria at first, to encourage the plant to form roots. Also, place them in bright sunlight so the offsets have the energy to form roots.
Remember to be patient as Gasteria plants are slow growing and it will take them some time to show any growth. Leaving the young, tender roots alone is important during this step as they are prone to damage.
