It's ok to keep these indoors as a house plant, correct?

I am reading that these can be planted outdoors but I just want to be sure that it's ok to keep these indoors as house plants, as well.

Sempervivum do not grow well indoors. It's possible, but not ideal. If you want to try, you'd need to keep them in a sunny, south-facing window and/or use a grow light. Even then, they can languish, fade to green, and sometimes stretch without the light exposure and cold nights that outdoor growing provides.
