The flower stalks themselves can by planted in Echeveria (which this plant is a hybrid of). It's very possible that it would work with this plant as well!
People tend to report less success with propagating Echeveria via flower stalks than with offsets or leaves, but it certainly can be done. Just use a clean knife to cut the flower stalks off as close the the Sedeveria as you can. Then remove the flowers themselves, making sure to leave as many bracts (the leaves on the flower stalk) on as you can. Allow this cutting to dry for a day or so and then poke the cut end into some soil. With a little water and some strong light, it should take root and grow.
If this works for Sedeveria, let us know, please! That's very interesting!.
