Euphorbia anoplia can be propagated via the offsets that grow from its base. Any one of these can be removed and rooted in its own pot. However, be careful if you do this, because Euphorbia sap is a skin irritant. Wear gloves and eye protection whenever you're propagating this plant.
This plant tends to be a slow grower. How slow exactly is difficult to say and depends on many different factors.
