Not without special precautions.
This plant is hardy to zone 7, which isn't too far from zone 6a, but the potential for freezing is still there. It's possible to mitigate this risk with a couple tricks.
1) If you can, plant it close to your house. The residual heat that sneaks through your insulation may give this plant the temperature boost it needs.
2) Try covering it with a sheet once it starts getting cold. This will hold some heat in. Don't worry too much about your plant fading due to a lack of light. When it gets cold, your plant is dormant anyway.
