This plant is most easily propagated via cuttings. As the plant ages, it produces smaller plants from its base. These plants can be cut off from the mother and rerooted as their own plants. You can learn more about propagating via cuttings by clicking here. This plant cannot be propagated from leaves.
You could also try seed propagation. It's a lot of fun but the results are variable due to the shuffling of genes that happens during seed production. This plant is also rather easy to grow from seeds, compared to other succulents. Just sow them on damp, sterilized soil, put a plastic covering over them, and place the pot in a sunny location. They should germinate in a week or two.
Happy planting!
