This plant can grow to, roughly, one foot across. However, as it spreads, it roots wherever its new stems touch the soil so it can get much larger than one foot if it's allowed to do this.
As far as how fast it will grow, that's up to you! Sedum do tend to grow fast but that depends on many factors like sunlight availability, water, fertilizer and soil. It's tough to put a time table on living things and their growth because there are so many factors that can influence it. Although we generally say that Sedum spred 1" per month in the growing season.
