Although it certainly isn't impossible to overwinter one of these plants inside, I wouldn't recommend it for a couple of reasons.
1) Cold hardy succulents like this one tend to do better outside (This particular plant can handle temperatures down to -20°F). They don't tend to like the humidity and high temperatures of indoor spaces over the winter.
2) An east facing window wouldn't give this plant enough light. If you have a window with a south facing exposure, that will get more hours of light than an eastern exposure. You could also supplement much needed sunlight with a grow light.
